Return policy.

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our original artwork and custom creations, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

    If you have any questions regarding the artwork you are interested in purchasing and /or require more pictures of the artwork, please do not hesitate to contact me at agnes@agnes-katherine-art.com. I will be more than happy to answer all your questions and advise you if the specific artwork would meet your expectations.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@agnes-katherine-art.com if you need to cancel an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the shipping carrier’s claims process as described in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
