What is your shipping policy?
Shipping: Artwork is shipped from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post Delivery Services (most of the time), Fedex, or UPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping costs to the Continental US and Canada plus liability coverage are included in your order. Any additional duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers will receive an email with a tracking number once the artwork has been shipped. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and is fully insured for its retail value.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and may require a signature upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Agnes Katherine Art is not liable for delays, losses, or items sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping on request to select locations. If you are interested, please contact us at contact@agnes-katherine-art.com for details and shipping costs. All international shipping fees will be charged to the customer, and any additional duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Issues: Once an order has been shipped, Agnes Katherine Art is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@agnes-katherine-art.com. We recommend keeping all packaging materials, taking photos, and filing a claim with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
What is your Return policy?
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Agnes Katherine Art cannot assume responsibility for any artwork that is damaged during transit, lost or stolen in the mail, or sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your artwork arrives damaged, we recommend holding onto all packaging materials, documenting the damage with photos, and filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Do you offer custom pieces?
